You do get into some interesting places. A bit like Yin and Yang.
Wonderful design in this shot. The natural wood panaling is really nice too. Not too sure about the bright white area... the bright areas are what attracts the eye.. I would try to tone it down a touch. I realize we don't always have the choice of what is going to be part of an image. What kind of a building were you shooting in?
Thanks...personally I like the bright white part...it draws my eye into the photo and offsets the curves and the black....I like the yin yang reference also so thanks for that.
This was a stairwell in a new hotel built in Calgary...security was kind enough to let me shoot it prior to inviting me for a personal tour of the hotel....wow...really nice...and seriously upscale.....like nothing Calgary has seen before.
