I thought it was Dr. Red when i first saw it....Thought it was a bit funny. Reminds me of my friend who had a gynecologist named Dr. Rippington!
Or my former Dentist named Dr. Zap (short for Zaparniuk)!
Not invoking alot of patient trust there with those names!

After much thought and consideration, and trying to enlarge the clue picture, my final guess: home of a red squirrel (or other animal) family. Really I'm clueless.
