Default A View from the Roof of my Condo

An HDR looking east from the roof of my building....I have to ask permission from my friends/neighbours to go onto their rooftop patio tomorrow...this morning I had to shoot from the fence in the common area.
I will post again tomorrow some better shots when I can get a better view.
Anyhow here is the one I took today.

Problem is the building is at an angle to you so when the top looks straight the horizon is tilted. Hold a box in front of you and slowly rotate it watch how the top changes angles but the verticals don't.

    Here's the story ...

As we can see ... you did indeed level this perfectly with the large building at the front! No question there.

What's going on though is distortion that is leaning the other buildings and horizon away from being level/plumb.

Without a tilt-shift lens you would need to use a distort tool to try to correct this ... layer masking with perspective and/or distort tool might be even better ... or accept it as it is.
