I like this one JAS. The color is great, love the frost on the trees and the fog is nice too.

A painter takes their vision and makes it a reality. A photographer takes reality and makes it their vision.
Thanks, Bambi and Crystal. I actually accidently underexposed it by about a stop I think. But it was such a dull foggy day anyway, it more or less just adds to the mood.
It looks perfectly exposed to me.
The greens and blues work so well together here with the frosty tree. Nice shot.
Thanks M.A. the more I look at this photo, the more I like it. The fog just really saturated the colors and gave them a wet look. The little house on the corner is the rectory of a little church which still stands, has its historical plaque and is completely at odds architecturally with everything around it now. Two huge trees frame it on either side. When I went by I could hear music from inside at first I thought it was parishners but then I realized it was beautiful African music of some sort. I stopped and took a couple of photos of the front, the door was ajar a bit. Someone from inside came out and said hello. I asked where the music was from? Eritrea. Very beautiful. I still liked the alley photo better than the ones from the front of the church.
Calgary Theatre hosts a fund raising event at the Club on Oscar Night. I am donating a framed print of this photo to the silent auction. I am quite excited as it means good exposure for me to a lot of artsy fartsy types. The event is also telecast so the Club will be on TV. Almost makes up for the fact I have to work instead of sitting at home in my jammies dishing the dresses! Ha! Ha!
Really nice shot! Great work!
Listen, three eyes, don't you try to outweird me, I get stranger things than you free with my breakfast cereal.
Nice perspective. Love the trees in the foreground.

Nice! I liked this image the first time I saw it. Nice to hear it's going to do more than sit on a hard-drive somewhere.
