The spots are the ice crystals floating in the air (aka Ice fog) illuminated by the flash to try to get the frosted shoes hanging on the wire. I think it all turned out kinda neat!

This was on my way to school this morning.
The spots are the ice crystals floating in the air (aka Ice fog) illuminated by the flash to try to get the frosted shoes hanging on the wire. I think it all turned out kinda neat!
