A painter takes their vision and makes it a reality. A photographer takes reality and makes it their vision.
Thanks B.

It is not actual a cinder block, it is a decorative concrete piece designed to stand up and be mortared to others to create a vertical wall with the design. A cinder block is a block in various sizes usually used to build foundations and are made out of concrete. Usually cinder blocks around about 8wx10Lx8H but can be bought in various sizes. They are also commonly used to build the exterior and interior walls in large buildings such as factories. Thats your lesson for today in Cold Climate building, and a lot more goes into it but all ya need to know.

Well spotted Casil. The pattern, contrast and texture of the snow make this an interesting image.

Thanks AL ... I work with wood mostly
I'd heard of a cinder block but couldn't recall what they were and the photo sure didn't look like a 'block' at all.
Very cool Casil. I love the texture in the snow as well as the overall effect.
