This is a quick try at light painting I did a few nights back ... the night I took the shots of Marlee climbing this slide for those who saw that thread.

The light seems to make the sky in the BG more interesting.
At first I was looking around trying to find the light effects in this shot and then I realized it was how you lit the scene and not the drawing effects of a different light painting.

Exactly ... two different techniques of light painting ... this one uses handheld torches etc to light the scene or highlight subjects but more natural than the tracing method.
