Another way to fix it ...damnit!!!
help?
Make a duplicate layer ... desaturate the bottom layer to remove all colour ... then add layer mask to the top layer (the coloured one) and paint black on the mask which will allow the desaturated pink cloud through ... except it will be grey and not pink.

okay so it turns out the new image I uploaded wasn't changed in my post
I have fixed that so.....how does it look now?

You might even try some burning in for those clouds ... could make it look almost stormy.
