We had a dinner at the Golf Course where I work today so I took my camera along to take some shots... This is what we presented:
1. The starter...Seafood Sunrise Salad on roast pepper coulis and saffron veloute.
2. Chef plating the main course...Chicken w/ Balsamic Reduction and wild rice
3. Dessert...Chocolate Planet - dark and white chocolate mousse cake with raspberry sauce and moon and star cookies....I made that.
