Yup. Most of the snow is gone now..but the ice on the lake gets to 1.5 meters thick (from what someone told me)..takes a bit to get it gone. It's funny..you see some parts of the lake..no ice all winter and others you can't get rid of until June!! Got me there.

I like photos that make something out of nothing. Many of us would have just walked on by this piece of nothing.
