the famous black church on the snaefellsnes peninsula in iceland. i shot the church on the second day of the trip with this shot in mind. the sky wasn't cooperating so i shot from the other side of the church facing the water and a hill. it turned out ok, but the sky was still lacking and it wasn't what i wanted. it's not too far from keflavik so i was able to reshoot it two days before i left and finally managed to get the photo i was after.
