Nice one AT. Another cool shot.
I notice similar processing in some of your most recent shots. Is this new HDR software or technique, or are you just revisiting the process? It is hard to get the balance right and not overdoing this type of processing but I think you have got it right in this shot.(you wouldn't want to go any further though).
I get in a grove of how I process my images. Basically right now is HDR (without making it look like a cartoon). Nearly everything I shot today was 3 exposures.

Really dig this night time scene. Street looks great.
I wonder if there is more exposure in the file to bring out detail in the lights.
Seems to me like you 'worked' the lights a bit.
