Good water blur without blowing the highlights? Evening shot or have you got yourself an ND filter?

I like the water blur as well. The processing of the fountain also works well. Overall to me it is a nice shot with good blur technique, but not a great one, as the subject doesn't hold a great deal of interest to me. You may want to watch the chromatic aberration which is visible on the white columns and the edges of the fountain stones.
