Thought you guys might enjoy this one. shot using a Canon SD 950is digital Elph point and shoot which i persuaded the committee I needed so I could always have a camera handy. She finally broke down and let me get it...Just wish I could say the argument I presented was valid

I still use it, but not as much as I led on...

Theres not a soul in the world telling you to back off. I had the same reservation when I joined but got over it quickly. Turns out I started getting busy so I have not spent as much time on here as I used to. Those are great shots coming from a point and shoot. Its refreshing to see someone using them for what they are capable of. We often overlook their potential. Nice shots with them.

Photography is more than just taking a picture and freezing the action, or leaving the shutter open. It is more than orchestrating the image with the stroke of a brush. Its the realization and explanation that reality is an isolated experience in which only a specific individual can comprehend during any given time period. - Your Truly!

Thanks guys....Just don't want to overdo it Soon enough I'll be out of archival stuff and I'll slow down....Did I post that pic of the bridge I'm selling yet?

But yes the sunrise shot was really bright and the little Canon just took it in stride.

Thanks Kat. Here's one I like called Morning commute. Shot with the P&S on the Skytrain using the curved widow to see back into the car.

And how long can one go without posting ones sidekick? This is mini with a P&S jammed in her face. I post it here because ones pets are subjective shots ( I love her but to you its just another cat and unlucky one to boot) but the little Canon delivered another good one here.
