This is a discussion on Ice-Nine (revisited) within the Architecture & Man Made (cities, buildings, roads, objects & abstracts) forums, part of the Show your photo (Color) - Landscape & Nature (flowers, mountains, storms etc.) category; Many have read of it, but few have seen it. I have a sample given to me by Vonnegut himself. ...

"You have to milk the cow quite a lot, and get plenty of milk to get a little cheese." Henri Cartier-Bresson from The Decisive Moment.
I really 'preciate that, Marko.

Of course, we know it's not the fictional material appearing in Kurt Vonnegut's novel Cat's Cradle, but it is indeed ice. I just floated a cup of ice in a few inches of water inside a clear glass decanter. Then I placed it all on a little LED light pedestal containing the colors red, blue, and green. Turn out the lights to darken the room and then fire away with a macro lens.
That is very cool BF. love the flowing lines along with that vibrant colour. This works so well for me. Nicely envisioned and executed.
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!
