I'm really digging this one (even with people in it, I am usually not big on ICM with people), but I am not big on the snow. Those white spots are competing with the dark people.

For me I felt the snow added an extra layer and took 65% of the shots that night with flash in order to illuminate the snow.
Maybe I'll post one without the snow for comparison. thx.

I guess the snow is in the eye of the beholder. I knew it was intentional, so you did capture it well. It is more of taste, not technique.
Many here may like the snow.
