    Default Poppy Plaza

A recently opened war memorial on a busy Calgary corner (off a bridge crossing the river) has steel plates with quotes carved into them, nifty in ground lighting with red gels, cool one legged benches and a pseudo wood floor.

Really likin'#4 for the lighting and the textures, and #5 for the comp, and the slow shutter sped along with the detail captured.
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!

I am liking that bridge image and the smooth river. I think the city has changed the colour of the lights on the bridges which was a hideous orange before. The new lights enhance the bridge a lot more.

Sorry for the partial reply, Mike! It comes from multi- tasking. That's my story anyway, and I am sticking to it.
