The colours are nicely saturated here and the blue tones in the bike are particular lovely.
I also like the repeating circles.
As a whole though, I'm afraid I'm not really finding the image very compelling, I guess I don't see the story.
What drew you to it, was it just the colour?

Ahh, a boring image... yes, the street was rather bland at the time I was on it and bang this bright red helmet with the blue handle bars and then the silver (almost white) of the bike made me think red, white, blue. Obviously, I didn't work the scene well enough or there really wasn't a scene to work
