    Default KF - Bolt through wooden handrail

    There was nothing very special to capture on our walk last Saturday in Canmore. So I put my camera (with the 300mm mounted) on the handrail of the trestle bridge and tried to focus .. well, was not easy; but i kinda like the weird depth of field in this one ...

    That's probably less than an inch that's in focus, I can see why it was so hard to focus.

    Absolutely love it Matt. The razor thin dof with that beautiful creamy bokeh, fore and aft of the main subject, are just perfection.
    Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!

    I'm a bit on the fence with this one but definitely leaning toward really liking it. The very shallow dept of field really adds to the mystery but my mind seem to struggle to see what is in all the blurriness.

    Thanks HBG and asnow ... I have another one that is even sketchier .. all that is in focus is the bolt on that one ...
