I like how you have framed the river with the bridge, and the mist coming off the water.You may consider cropping a bit off the top where the railings are. I find it a touch distracting.
I also like this image an I like a snow's cropping idea. I'd probably also try to clone out the flare if this was mine.

I'll vote for the crop, too, but I like the flare.
Thanks for taking a look and commenting. I agree that including the bridge rail at the top is distracting to the main subject. I have another shot of the same place that still has a flare but shows less of the bridge.

I like number 1 the best, you captured it from a very good angle. Also much more interesting with the snow and fog.
The second one is not the crop I had in mind, but I like it better than the current first one.
Lovely ... both of them; there is a story either way. So i am not too fussy about where to crop on this one ..
