    Great image, for sure; the title makes one wonder if it should not read: spirit slaughter ....

    I too like the symmetry and that background.

    Great timing. Just a few days ago I was researching the Scott Kelby Photowalks to see which I would chose. One of my choices was Barrie which includes the spirit catcher.
    Yours is better than any of the web pictures I saw. This picture may have convinced me.

    I've never seen this in a photograph. Powerful piece. Rather apocalyptic in a way. Like a rack of weapons waiting for angels to swoop down upon them in preparation for battle. I like it.

    Very cool find. It's an interesting looking device but I certainly hope it doesn't fall on anyone!

    That sky really adds to the dramatic effect on this photo. Well done LL.

    (one of my first thoughts was "Iron Chef")
    Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!
