    A drain in the middle of the room? Was Springwater a bit too literal a name? I like the way the ceiling kinda closes in the room (not sure of a better way to say it).

    Ah, QuietOne, you live a little too far south to recognize central heating. That "drain" is a large air vent coming straight out of the furnace to provide heat to the room.

    Cool shot, Michael. The space doesn't look that bad, really. A coat a paint and some chairs and it could be teaching kids again
