Lomo or Lomografy is when you use Lomo LC-A, Diana, Holga camera for this blurry and colorful effect. It is very popular this days.First camera have been made in Soviet Union 35mm LOMO LC-A Compact Automat camera.
In 1991, the Austrian founders of Lomography discovered the Lomo LC-A.[1] They were "charmed by the unique, colorful, and sometimes blurry" images that the camera produced. After a series of international art exhibitions and marketing, Lomography signed an exclusive distribution agreement with LOMO PLC — thereby becoming the sole distributor of all Lomo LC-A cameras outside of the Soviet Union.
I not have this camera but it is possible to reproduce similar effect in Photoshop. Here is one more.

Don't know what the first one is but it looks cool.

I hope I will use right words.First image is a pot for cooking. My camera have possibility to combine from 2-9 shots in one. There I make two shots with and without cap. Results is that we can see thru the cap.We see what is in pot.Later I apply lomo effect.
Here is example how this multi-exposure works.Cover is the same like body but first shoot is with cover and second without.Camera combine in one and looks like this.

Lomo is pretty big on the campuses around here. College kids love'em and buy the big plastic Holga 120's.

The first shot is really cool. I could see the pot and lid right away.
