    Default Frosty Perspectives

These are studies of frost crystal patterns on a window. The differences in colour and brightness are the result of varying transmitted and reflected light due to the crystal orientation.

Thanks, all. I've taken a couple of frost images in the past but they were of the more noticeable fern and tree-like structures. This was the first time I took a closer look at the more uniform frosty areas on the window. I'm hoping to try more of the same, but will have to wait for some more super-cold weather - so far it's been a very warm winter.
