Really like the different subtle shades here Michael. Nicely seen and captured.
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!
Unusual colours ... very cool.
Thanks MA and HBG. This shot wasn't what I had intended but it was, I thought, a fairly decent rescue of the original goal. It was an "Oh that looks awesome gotta get the camera" moment but the camera is five minutes away if everything goes well...It doesn't! When you finally return for the shot, you find a giant freaking delivery truck is blocking the scene and to make matters worse, ten minutes of solar orbit has stolen the magical light you first saw. To top it off, the driver of the truck came over and asked me why I was taking pictures of his rig?
Did you tell him "Because I can. And I have a truck fetish. "
Photography is a battle Maw, ya gotta fight for every great frame.
I like the colours as well!

"You have to milk the cow quite a lot, and get plenty of milk to get a little cheese." Henri Cartier-Bresson from The Decisive Moment.
I really like the magenta shades. Your experience with the truck driver reminds me of a time I was trying to take a picture of a building when some guy walked into the picture. He kept yelling at me "Don't you dare take a picture of me" all the way down the road. I didn't want that &%$hole in the picture anyway.
