Tried something a little different

This is a discussion on Tried something a little different within the Architecture & Man Made (cities, buildings, roads, objects & abstracts) forums, part of the Show your photo (Color) - Landscape & Nature (flowers, mountains, storms etc.) category; I really like it. Nice colours! Interesting!...

Somebody slap me! How did I miss this thread?

Very, very nice. Each color compliments the others and wonderful composition.

    Good job.

BF, I slapped myself before slapping you. This is a great job Gem. It really is a great explanation as to how the most simple and ordinary things can make great images if you know what your doing. Hopefully this will start a new photographic endeavor for you and will let you SEE new things.

Photography is more than just taking a picture and freezing the action, or leaving the shutter open. It is more than orchestrating the image with the stroke of a brush. Its the realization and explanation that reality is an isolated experience in which only a specific individual can comprehend during any given time period. - Your Truly!

Thanks, all. Wasn't really expecting all these responses; I think I posted this way back in December.

The great colour with the wonderful object's form make this a fine combination.

I thought I commented here. :( I like it too. The simple composition and monotone colors are quite lovely.
