Thanks everyone. Lighting was a small flash head to the front right of the subject aimed up toward a 32" white reflector about 9 inches above the phone. The telephone caught some of the side spill from the flash and the reflector bounced the main thrust directly down.
Wow, interesting subject. Even knowing what it is, it takes a moment to see what the parts must be.
