Ha! Ha! It is actually a pretty cool frame for it. There are a couple like that in Calgary also.

Thanks JAS, Bambi and Iggy. The angle was more luck than good management. I was taking pictures of the ROM (Royal Ontario Museum) and looked across the road and there it was. Didn't have to move an inch.
