We will indeed, it was made in Germany and called the Amphicar

I was like 4 or 5 when I saw it and I think a few years later I saw the Nash Metropolitan and thought it too could float but maybe over many years and one to many 70's parties the info got corrupt resulting in the "Neapolitan" tag
