I found this home that is not occupied now between two upper end homes in the community of Ramsey in Calgary. Is it a renovation gone terribly wrong or a demolition halfway completed?

A painter takes their vision and makes it a reality. A photographer takes reality and makes it their vision.
Looks like they were planning on adding a second floor, they started the work and either the financing fell through or they failed to get a permit or it was pulled. Looks like it needs to be torn down now, I doubt much of the structure is any good at this point being exposed to the elements. Surprised the city has not forced it to be boarded up and boarded it up and charged the owner with the cost.
