Cool! I know in Halifax they are colour coded to help you identify the maximum time you can park at the meter. Red = 30 min, Gray = 1 hour, Green = 2 hours, and Yellow = 4 hours. This does not appear to have that information!

I wonder if the rates are reduced if you paint the meter???
