Well, I have never used textures before therefore wasn't sure how to approach the subject. I know that Ps has the texturizer tool... I assume that one downloads the texture and then applies it by using PS.....
Thank you for answering my question...
Matt, the last time I printed one of my images was 40 years ago in my little darkroom with my used $50 enlarger Sorry I really am not much help - jimmy

Hi Light50
I never heard of the texturizer tool. Here is how I add a texture.
- Open your chosen photo in Photoshop (it will become your background layer)
- Next, open the texture photo you want to apply - do a > Select All > Edit Copy > Edit Paste.
_ now size your texture (if you have to) ,to cover your background layer.
-Last try the different blending modes in your Layers Palette. ( I like Multiply or Soft Light, then adjust the opacity using the sliders to tone down the effect.
- Last, save your finished image.
I hope this helps. Don't hesitate to ask questions if my explanation is not clear - jimmy
