I like the "chicken legs" the person has it reflect the bird's readiness for flight, but I also find the person a bit distracting, I think it's the blue colour so I'm mixed. Overall I think it's a good shot.

Yep. The person and the heron sort of counter and reflect each other. Rather cool shot.

neat shot. It would have been really cool if the other person was also taking a picture! I agree about the blue, maybe you could desaturate that part a bit?
