I have noticed a few of your images are very small (like #2 here). It makes it hard to really view for critique.

#1 - The person holding the hawk is sliced in half. This is just completely wrong in my eyes. You should have included the entire person and forgot about the background. You tried to use a shot of a hawk and a landscape shot in the same image and it does not work at all. The hawk is not in a great spot in the frame and it is very soft on his eye. Your white balance seems off. I hate to be negative, but this image does not work at all. I don't know what to look at, is it the beautiful landscape, the bird, or what? Not trying to sound funny, the most interesting thing in the image are the clothes the person is wearing, and you chopped it off.

#2 - Too small to really critique, but it is very noisy is the first thing I noticed. I hate to say it again, but this image does not work. There really isn't anything very interesting in this image.

BTW, there really isn't a need for a watermark (especially one that size). It is taking away from your images. If some one was to steal your image, the watermark could be easily removed and viewers would never know it was there. Unless you are a published artist (like a few people are here, not me), a watermark is really not needed.
