Thanks Iggy and Marko!! If anyone is ever interested in heading to this area of Florida, I can tell you that besides being an incredibly beautiful area, its also some of the easiest birding you will ever do. I often find it hard to believe that species that can be found there and here at home have a completely different personality there. Birds such as great blue heron and osprey that can often be hard to get within several hundred yards of here, you can fill your frame with them down there.
All images were taken with a Canon 6D, 400mm F/5.6L and I used the 1.4xTC with the the burrowing owl images. Most of them I also used a tripod for.
