Eagles and Eaglets

there are 4 eagle nests within about a 2 mile circle of the slaughterhouse where i shoot in the winter
here are a few eagle and eaglets from 1 nest

What lens/tc combo to get 700, and 840mm Kenny?

thanks HBG .. i use a canon EF500mm f/4 and a canon EF1.4II for the 700mm .. and also have a canon EF600mm f/4 with a second canon EF1.4II for 840mm
