Excellant work, Dan. Hard to tell any difference in your Lynx and what we call around here a Bob Cat. We rarely see them, but can hear them cry some nights.
Oh, and the video is awesome.

Thank you Barefoot! The big difference between lynx and bobcats are the tails and the ears. Lynx have a short tail and dark hair on the top of the ears. I'll post a few more pictures of the lynx. I don't have any bobcat photos.

I came back to see the video ... just plain awesome. Very professional. How you did those star trails sequences I can't imagine!
Thanks for coming back I can't take credit for that as my brother did the editing on those. We shot each scenes with a 30 second exposure (so there were small star trail in each image). In Photoshop he opened the first and second image and merged them, saved it, then merged it with the third image, saved it and so on. Since there are 30 still images a second for video, each 10 second scene has 300 images. It took him a while but he managed build the sequence one frame at a time. Fun stuff!

Outstanding work. Love the shots of the Lynx, and the video is superb. Inspiring, for sure.

bobcats and lynx are really cool wild cats. I think I like lynx 62 the best but the entire series is great
