Cool, I see another photo in there. Take the second version, split the photo
down the center verticaly, the right half of the photo will now become
a cool vertical shot of the swans staging in a straight line. Then switch
the photo to black and white and add a tad of contrast boost and you are
good to go. Hope this helps.

Either that or Swans find you particularly attractive for some other reason
Certainly looks much better in the 2nd shot and as Dwayne suggested a few tweaks will help a bit. I've never seen so many swans in one spot before like that!
Dwayne, we appear to be on the same wavelength because I do have a cropped version like how you mentioned! But, it was in colour and didn't quite work for me. Although I'll try it in B&W and see how it goesThanks for the suggestion
I think birds in general just like meGeese at a nearby lake were drifting towards me too
