Wonderful eyes and whole image clarity.
Thanks...The clarity is the result of my d300s replacement, the d7000. It is a superior camera all round
Hey Matt...The previous post was indeed a d700. This shot was a d7000 which I bought last night.
Awesome sharpness here! Were you on a tripod?
D700 is about 2x as expensive as D7000 - Just curious which one you prefer though? I have never used the D7000.

"You have to milk the cow quite a lot, and get plenty of milk to get a little cheese." Henri Cartier-Bresson from The Decisive Moment.
Thanks Marko...The d7000 is a dx camera so I can't directly compare it to the D700, but I took it out yesterday and immediately learned to love it. I'm probably going to replace the D700 with the D800 soon. The D7000 replaced my D300s and for my money it's a far better camera, lighter, quieter and has a better image quality.
ETA...No tripod here, I was using an sb-600 bounced off a white ceiling.
Love those big sharp eyes.
