About LinkBacksOut looking for Snowy Owls again today and seems all we can come across are these Rough Legged Hawks. Was a beautiful clear sky and nice and dry with a temp of -15. Made for a lovely day for pics, but only a couple taken.

Out looking for Snowy Owls again today and seems all we can come across are these Rough Legged Hawks. Was a beautiful clear sky and nice and dry with a temp of -15. Made for a lovely day for pics, but only a couple taken.
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!

The Hawk looks warm though.

The bird makes me wonder is he resting or is it's eyes locked onto something? Nice image. :-)
