Scared The Bejeezers Outta' Me

Was sitting in the living room this am with Hubby watching news, when something dropped onto our front deck from the roof with a thud just on other side of sliding glass doors. This little one was sitting there looking in at me.
Pretty much right out of camera as just shot them.
Funniest part was my husband, who couldn't see it from where he was, looks at me and says, "Is that a Pine Martin?". I am like ?????, first one we have had here. He says, "Well, you put suet out yesterday, so it was either that or a bear, and I didn't figure it was a bear jumping off roof, or would have made a hell of a lot bigger thud, I would think."

Yes, they are cute as all get out, but can be some dangerous to other animals as well. I did get to within five feet for the pics. Did get closer, but had the 70-200 on and couldn't focus at two feet.
