oh such fuzzy little ladies. Good work.
Those are awesome Iggy, so sharp! love the water-drops in the first one. You've definitely mastered the makeshift macros.
Very good result. What are you using as 'makeshift' ?
Thank you, WD, Jude, and MA.
@MA, This shot was taken by setting my aperture to f5.6 (first shot) and f8 (second shot) on my 18-55mm kit lens and then pulling the lens off while holding down the depth of field preview button to lock it at the desired aperture. I then turn the lens around backwards and hold it up against the camera body to shoot.
Ok, I figured that was what you were doing. It's not something I've tried, and also, until now, ever seen it really used. Cool.
These are brilliant! Love them! I would too scared to get stung lol...I stay away from bees if I can lol.
Thanks, MA. I first heard about this from Jude and I've been hooked.
Thanks, Chantelle.
excellent work Iggy. I tried this but it totally sucked.

A painter takes their vision and makes it a reality. A photographer takes reality and makes it their vision.
Thanks, Bambi. Maybe if we ever get out again I can show you how I do it.
