Default Black bear that refused to budge for me.

On my way in to the bush for work. This beauty could have cared less that i was there. He knew he was king. So i called it a day. Haha went back today to do the work one day late. Because of the environment i happened to be in i couldnt go around. I had to go back.
    I lost. He won.
I only got one interesting shot. And although i wish the branches werent there i think they help put you right were i was. Seeing him trough the bush. Him keeping his eye on me. Hed have been a good twenty-five feet off when we noticed each other.

That's way too close for comfort (at least for me). The only way I would have wanted to see him would be ...... maybe through a 600mm lens.

Mostly they run off. I was on a bike (atv) so i had some level of safety. Or atleast the feeling of safety. I also other safeguards on me at all times when i am doing this kind of work. Where big bear and moose and wolf and so on are the norm.

Any thoughts on the branches and how they effect the photo?
