Donkey 1 has a bladder problem and donkey 2 is helping by squeezing. It hurts though so donkey 1 is biting down on donkey 2's tail. Donkey 3 is a doctor and is evaluating donkey 2's (his nurse) performance.
Either that or these donkeys are weird!!

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!
