Lots of kinds of Sparrows. Google Tree Sparrow and look at the marking on the head, behind the eyes and tops of the wings.
Good capture of what looks to me, like a Song Sparrow. You can tell by the solid grey beak with a straight culmen, the dark malar stripe around the white throat patch, and lack of any wing-bands.
