Beautiful capture! He looks really good with the weathered wood .
I only get to see these little guys for a couple of days a year in the spring and they are quite flighty while they are here .
I don't think I have ever caught one in a natural setting .... unless he's a tiny little speck in a tree , lol

I steer clear of feeder shots too, some of my shots are a foot away with birds waiting their turn. I like however the result here. Nice shot
