I really like #2. The green background and light grey fence make a nice background. I suspect the birds fly away due to this: Isolate The Most Powerful Moment « Photofocus (not for the squeamish)

I like #3, as well. Sort of a "Wanna make something of it?" stance.
In photo#3, the hawk was looking onto the ground at a squirrel.

Ok, then. A dead squirrel is a good squirrel especially if it's bird food!
Nice shot...not a very old one due to the yellow eye. It sure is a beauty though and lovely to have hanging around.
