This is a discussion on Calla Lily (infrared) within the Alternative photography forums, part of the Photography & Fine art photography category; ...
I've been enjoying your posts of infrared photos on the forum. This one seems to bring out an unusual color in the flower itself and the leaves. But I'm puzzled about the process. My knowledge is limited to understanding that infrared is a part of the light spectrum we normally cannot see. So I'm curious about how you do manage to capture it, if you are using special film or a special camera? Can you enlighten (pun intended) me? Thanks.
