All images were originally captured in colour with a Nikon Digital SLRs and converted to Black & White through various contrast-enhancing filtration in Photoshop.

My first camera was a hand-me-down from my older brother whenI was 18, It was a Praktica LTL-3. Shortly after I began to explore the black & white darkroom. 20 Years later, I still love black & white. I enjoy the strength of Black & White imagery. It tears away the mask of colour and forces the image to stand alone on the merits of tone, texture & composition. I love the post-apocalyptic look that a high-contrast black& white image gives you.
