sticks and stones

on my beach walk I found lots of sticks carved by the elements. I found them intriguing.

MGStudio, I am not sure how to answer your question. My typical PP is to play with the brightness, sharpness, curves etc until I get what looks good to me. Would that be playing with the exposure?
